Shaft Collars & Couplings Meet Food and Beverage Requirements

A full line of shaft collars, couplings, and mounting devices for conveyor and packaging systems in the food and beverage industry has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.

Stafford Shaft Collars, Couplings & Flange Mounts are designed with square and hex bores to fit a wide range of conveyors and packaging systems used in the food and beverage industry. Machined from both 303 and 316 stainless steel, food-grade Blue Acetal, Nylon or Delrin, with 18-8 or stainless steel fasteners, these collars are available in one- and two-piece designs

USDA- and FDA-approved for applications requiring frequent wash-down, Stafford Shaft Collars, Couplings & Flange Mounts are offered in 0.25″ to 14″ I.D. sizes, depending upon material, and the Blue Acetal in 0.25″ to 2″ to I.D., with Nylon or Delrin® collars offered in 1″ to 4″ I.D. sizes. They can incorporate special bores, keyways, knurls, and other treatments as needed.
