A broad range of aluminum shaft collars and mounting devices offered in custom anodized colors to match special design requirements has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.

Stafford Anodized Shaft Collars and Mounting Devices are offered in custom colors to brand products, enhance the appearance and safety of equipment, fixtures, or animatronics, displays, and more. Available in sizes from 1/8” to 6” I.D., collars include one- and two-piece and hinged styles with round, square, hex, or threaded bores and O.D. treatments such as flats, holes, and knurls.

Stafford Anodized Mounting Devices feature the Python adjustable flange mounting collar with an integral adjustable lever-operated clamp, 6-hole bolt pattern and keyway, with the Flip-Lok™ clamp. Other mounting collars include the Accu-Flange™ machinable collar and one-piece clamp-type face mounting shaft collars.
