A line of high-precision, user-machinable flange collars now offered with round, square, and hex bores to perform a wide range of applications has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.

Stafford Accu-Flange™ Shaft Mounting Collars are user-machinable and available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with round, square, or hex bores and flanges with six predrilled and tapped holes or plain for customization by the user or Stafford. Ideal for high-precision pulley, cam, or component mounting applications, these mounting shaft collars retain their perpendicularity between the shaft bore and mounting face.

Round bores include a standard keyway and Stafford Accu-Flange™ Shaft Mounting Collars come in sizes from 1/4″ to 3” I.D. Designed to reduce machining time and eliminate the need for many one-off custom shaft hubs, applications include OEM machinery, automation, food and beverage, robotics, packaging, printing, and custom machine building.
