New Products   New Applications       Stafford In The News Shaft Collars Eliminate Need for Machine Disassembly Stafford Two-Piece and Hinged Shaft Collars are ideally suited for assembly onto existing shafts where there is no access to the ends, where space is limited, or where disassembly is undesirable. Rope Stop Adjusts Without Tools Stafford’s SlipKnot™ is molded from durable, weather-resistant ABS plastic and adjusts and locks onto standard size rope using a simple “twist” motion. This new design features a removable cap for attaching lanterns, flags, and other devices using a carabiner, “S” hook, or bungee cord. Accu-Mount™ Collar Secures Components Stafford’s Accu-Mount™ Component Mounting Collars provide an effective way to mount sprockets, gears, pulleys and other components on a shaft. They feature a centering hub with a square and flat side and four pre-drilled and tapped holes for attaching components. Remachinable Shaft Collar Kits Stafford’s new one- and two-piece remachineable shaft collar kits include eight parts each and allow users modify them to suit their own requirements. Users can rebore, machine, and add flats, face holes, and other characteristics to suit their own design needs. Shaft Collars Position Solar Arrays Stafford’s full line of anodized aluminum shaft collars are ideally suited for structural and drive applications for positioning solar arrays. It is designed to replace a standard socket cap screw in a one-piece, two-piece, and hinged shaft collar to permit wrench-free adjustment. Stepped Shaft Couplings Mate All Types of Shafts Stafford’s line of rigid, clamp-type reducer couplings are stepped down to mate large and small shafts, inch-to-metric shafts and smooth to keyed bores. A full range of standard combinations are offered and specials can be provided to meet custom requirements. Stackable Pipe Mounting Collar System The Stafford Stackable Pipe Mounting Collar System features two-piece clamp style collars with flats on the outside surfaces that are drilled and tapped to attach to one other and accept a threaded stainless steel rod.
